Hi im interested in any places that are rundown. Im a builder ,been a tradie for years i have plastering and painting skills also . Networking options to rent and fix up properties. I am based on eastside of town .New Brighton so in the area is preferred.but any suburbs around is allgood . Please feel free to get in touch if youre interested in getting youre house renovated updated.i have a young family do needs to at least have basics.water .bathroom and power .i could make youre house tidy and liveable. Insulation, reframing walls ,roofing,Relining plastering.painting . exterior.landscaping And any cosmetics.Even Vandalism repairs im searching for somewhere to occupy and happy to negotiate on rent / trade
