About the Role:

With good business growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Supply Chain Manager to manage production planning and entire supply chain process of the company.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the Production Planning process from Sales orders received to production of finished goods meeting demand
- Oversee stock management ensuring accurate and appropriate stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Manage small supply chain team day to day as well as motivate and develop their capabilities
- Propose improvements to the current supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain close coordination with production team and suppliers to ensure materials arrive for timely production of finished product
- Assures that product is shipped to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Coordinate all co-packer purchase orders; assuring delivery of raw materials, packaging and labels with sufficient lead time for timely receipt of finished goods
- Oversee warehouse management
- Support product innovation; identifying suppliers, cost analysis and working with sales on forecasting and planning to build effective supply chain


Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years supply chain management experience in a pet food/ food manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of supply chain, production planning, Materials Resource Planning systems and freight
- Solid analytical skills and computer proficiency
- Must have MRP/ERP experience to manage procurement/planning processes
- Planning: ability to perform short and long-range planning
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
- Excellent English Communication Skills both oral and written
