About the Role:

With good business growth, we are looking for enthusiastic Supply Chain Specialist to propose improvements to current supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the Incoming Import Containers, preparing the documentations for BACC approvals and arranging with the carrier on the schedule and location for devanning.
- Coordinate with 3PLs (third party warehouse) for Raw Materials (RM) storage and transfer to AFNZ plant on the daily basis.
- Coordinate with multiples transport companies on Raw Materials transferring from Suppliers to AFNZ plant.
- Furnish POs to suppliers especially the pallets, Bulk bags, Raw Materials etc.
- Frequent communication with the suppliers to ensure proper Ecert documentations.
- Loading and unloading the RM materials.
- Manage weekly RM cycle count and ensure GRPO (Good Received Purchase Order) is entered promptly.
- Print and discuss the Formulation with our QA team before production and update the Production - Orders in SAP with QA's approval especially for China products.
- Prepare the daily setup paper & RM for Production to ensure they are aware what RM to use (inclusive reworks products) with the extruder leads.
- Supervise the batching team to ensure the small powders are prepared ahead.
- Monitor on the RM usage and discuss with the Supply Chain team on the production planning if there are any RM shortages.
- Update and Compile the RM Ecert Paper for MPI Audit purpose
- Upkeep the whole plant to ensure empty IBCs and used pallets are arranged and garbage are discarded to designated areas.
- Assist in the production and meat department when necessary.
- Manage the Raw Material by using MRP
- Creating ECert for Raw Material


Skills and Experience:

- At least 3 years experience doing Warehouse and Supply Chain management
- Previous experience/exposure working at a pet food/ food manufacturing facility
- Successfully worked in effective teams
- Pays close attention to detail
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Qualifications in Level 7 or higher in Business Management or Supply Chain Management preferred
